Oh wow! Thank you for the special mention. I love the reflections of the smart monkeys. Why did you say only two? What's with the third one? Maybe he is a genius? I hope you have a lovely weekend. How is your menage a quatre doing? Are you having fun? TSUP!
Oooh... Are they playing hide and seek? I hope there aren't any crocodiles in that water, otherwise you would have to change the title to Two Dead Monkeys. Won't be a pretty picture either...
So nice to be commenting here again, and it's always a pleasure to blick for cig...heh. :))
Oh my gosh oh golly, Andrew..this is SO lush and you have transported me to another place on the planet. Beautiful lighting and those eyes...whoa. They are about to cause a bit of mischief aren't they?!! Thank you for the mention..you are too kind. : ) I am going to study this piece as I have to definitely work on water and detail and you have mastered both in one piece. If I were a little kid, I'd kick you in the shin. Just kiddin' of course! You are TOO good! : )
Hahahahaha! Two smart monkeys, and one they don't really like to talk about. This is so COOL! The eyes reflecting eyes is psychedelic. And the tropical background is gorgeous! I always enjoy a good plick. :)
you know , Mr. A. from Oz, in the Kingdom of Artichokes we say "to have a monkey" . And do you know what does it mean? A severe headache or other after effects caused by drinking an excess of alcohol. Just plain hangover :D
( actually it was first thought when I opened your post)
Hi Andrew, i Was not online solong... My congratulations for the paint on the last post. I love them, really love. I always wanted to buy your paints book
Many things one might call your style - but 'naive'? The textures invite deeper, the monkeys' eyes deeper still. Into self, perhaps? Eyes bring to mind the mystery eye washed up in California this week, the rush to identify its origins - both biological and circumstantial. ...and she's off. Your images send my thoughts spinning. And coffee. Definitely coffee as well. Have a great week!
Hi Andrew, is so good to come here and admire your work, they are always incredibly fantastic! Needless to say I've been missing and a little discouraged.. [are things in life .... will improve] congratulations and a big hug
